Text Banking

Text Banking is another quick, free* way to check your MITFCU account balance and manage your money. Simply text a short command to 454545 and make requests such as these:

  • BAL - Current and available balances for a primary account you designate
  • LAST - Last five transactions in your primary account
  • BAL ALL - Current balances for all your MITFCU accounts
  • TRANS - Transfer funds from a source you set in e-Branch to the primary account used for Text Banking

How to Add More Text Banking Features

  • Access e-Branch and click on the "Mobile Banking & Alerts" page
  • Low Balance Alert - Receive an alert if your balance drops below a threshold you set in e-Branch
  • Second Phone Number - Add a second phone number to a user account
